01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cp777 ("cp777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://cp777.bio, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, software applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the cp777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and permanent ban without notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

cp777 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani users, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. cp777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your cp777 account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply, as published in the Platform's payment information section.
• Accounts must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Any winnings derived from funds deposited in breach of these Terms are subject to forfeiture.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cp777 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and loyalty program incentives. All bonuses are subject to their respective terms, which are published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount).
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

By participating in any game or betting market on cp777, you acknowledge and accept the following:

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the cp777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

09 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors not attributable to cp777's gross negligence.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

In any event, cp777's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Termination & Suspension

cp777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification (KYC) checks.
• At your own request, including a self-exclusion request submitted under our Responsible Gaming program.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A change in applicable law or regulatory requirements that prevents cp777 from legally servicing your account.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds, winnings subject to investigation, and any outstanding obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or investigation process.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting cp777 support. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of wagered funds or promotional funds already used.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent cp777 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

13 Amendments to These Terms
